WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Return Window

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Customers will receive an email notification when the package starts to ship!

* The customer must send a return / exchange request to the email: support@teesamz.com before sending the order to the company address. The customer is responsible if he / she voluntarily sends the goods without notice (in case the package returned is lost).

Return Process

There will be a 30% restocking fee if the package is not damaged or the customer changes their wishes!

(If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee).

Reason Why

Anything purchase at FUNBEAR HOUSE is a unique custom-made product and printed just for you. So there will be a 30% re-stocking fee on all products. If you need to make an exchange there will not be a restocking fee.

Who Is Responsible for Return Label?

FUNBEAR HOUSE will only provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective.

For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Process Returns

Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you.

All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.

Defective Items, Damage, Miss Printed

FUNBEAR HOUSE will provide a pre-paid label for order that was damage, miss printed, or defective and FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE.

We ship replacement products between 3-7 business days, from when FUNBEAR HOUSE receives the package.

Exchange Window

Exchange Process

In order to exchange please send an email to support@teesamz.com stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors. The exchange must be for the same design.

Package Includes

Included packing slip with all exchanges. Please state size you need with any notes you would like to add.

Exchange Guidelines

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.

Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-3 days will take 3-5 business days to reship.

Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship.

Please note customer is responsible for shipping cost.
